Keeping receipts sorted and attached to the proper transaction takes a lot of time and effort. With AutoMatch, it's easier than ever to organize and track receipts.
Users can log into their updated Brink's Business Expense mobile app to use AutoMatch technology. A floating orange camera button is now available on your app screen. Click that to open up receipt capture.
Users can capture and upload a receipt and Brink's Business Expense will attempt to automatically match the receipt to the right transaction. Please note that in order for the receipt to match to the appropriate transaction in Brink's Business Expense, the uploaded receipt must be legible and include the relevant receipt detail such as the price of the purchase.

And don't worry: users can also continue to upload receipts for a specific transaction via the Brink's Business Expense website or the mobile app like before!
