Brink's Business Expense cards can be activated by Business Owners, Admins, and Employees.
If you're a Business Owner or Admin on the account the fastest and recommended way to activate cards is to do it online on the Brink's Business Expense website. It only takes a few seconds and your cards will be ready to go right away.
First, the admin or business owner would need to log into the Brink's Business Expense account.
Then go to the "Manage Cards" Page in the top navigation. Find the card name of the card you'd like to activate and enter in the last four digits of the card and click Activate.
This will activate the card right away and instantly make it ready to be used by your employees!
Additionally, employees, business owners, and admins can all activate Brink's Business Expense cards over the phone, by calling the toll-free number on your card. Make sure you have the card on hand and the business owner or employee information that was provided when the card was created. You will need to enter the card information and some identifying information in order to successfully activate the Brink's Business Expense cards.
Utility cards will require the business owners personal information, while employee cards will require the employee's personal information.
